Cut the celery diagonally into 1 cm-wide slices. Cut up some of the tender leaves closest to the stalk in the same way.

Add the celery and stir-fry until the leaves are wilted. Add the mixed herbs and salt.

This combination of celery and chirimen jako is a favorite, and a standby for breakfast. It's my original recipe.
Don't add too much olive oil. 1/2 a tablespoon is enough. The chirimen jako is salty, so don't add too much salt! With 1 bowl of rice (252kcal) plus 10 kcal for the celery, 20 kcal for the chirimen jako and 60 kcal for the oil it's 342 calories in total, with about 470 ml of calcium.
