This is a cocoa powder version of Macrobiotic Banana Cake! The recipe doesn't use any eggs or butter, but it makes a moist and rich cake. Chilling this cake in the fridge will make it richer.
This is my daughters' favourite Macrobiotic Banana Cake! I baked a cocoa version, since they love the cocoa flavour, too.
Be sure to use well-ripened bananas!!
