Almond Chocolate Cookies

Crispy and crunchy!
A cookie with a cocoa base and almond slices.
Once you start eating these, you won't be able to stop.

Ingredients: About 30 cookies

Unsalted butter
85 g
Salt
a pinch
Powdered sugar
60 g
☆Cake flour
100 g
☆Almond flour
15 g
☆Unsweetened cocoa
15 g
Sliced almonds
40-50 g

Steps

1. Return the butter to room temperature.
2. Put the butter and salt in a bowl and whisk.
3. Add sugar in 2 batches, mixing after each addition.
4. Add the ingredients marked ☆ and mix with a spatula.
5. When the floury texture has gone, add almond slices and mix everything together.
6. Form the dough into a 3.5cm diameter tube, wrap and leave it in the fridge for over an hour.
7. Slice into 5mm - 1cm widths and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F/180°C.
8. Transfer to a rack, and they are done once they have cooled.
