This is made with "Easy Inexpensive Korean Bean Sprout Rice" (Recipe ID: 1477786) an easy gukbap with Korean rice and soup! You can eat this even on a hot summer day!

Steps

1. I had a little leftover from making "Easy Inexpensive Bean Sprout Rice" (Recipe ID: 1477786) . What to do with it? Turn it into gukbap of course!
2. Put all the ○ ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, and add a bit of sesame oil!
3. Pour the soup on the leftover rice, scatter with toasted white sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and that's it!! Easy, right?
