Microwaved Scrambled Eggs with Tomato

This doesn't use any butter or heavy cream. These are healthy scrambled eggs easily made in the microwave. They're great for a bento or breakfast.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chopped tomatoes
4~5 pieces
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Put the chopped tomatoes in a heatproof container.
2. Add 1 egg and lightly season with salt and pepper. Mix together.
3. Wrap the mixture from Step 2 with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave at 600 W for 50 seconds.
4. Remove it from the microwave and mix. Wrap again and heat for another 30 seconds at 600 W.
5. Stir the mixture once more.
6. Transfer the eggs to a plate and enjoy.
