Rich No-Bake Cheesecake Tarts

The combination of the rich, thick cream cheese plus the crisp, flaky tart crust is amazingly delicious.

Ingredients: 14 round tarts (7 cm)

Tart Crust (Recipe ID: 1472093)
Cake flour
250 g
Almond powder
40 g
120 g
70 g
Egg yolk
Cheese Filling
Cream cheese
250 g
85 g
Heavy cream
200 ml
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
10 g
4 tablespoons


1. Prepare up to Step 15 tart of Recipe ID: 1472093 up until Step 15, where the tarts have been blind baked.
2. Heat the cream cheese over a hot water bath or in the microwave until softened. Combine the ★ ingredients and soak the gelatin.
3. Add the sugar to the cream cheese and mix together well. Heat the ★ mixture over a hot water bath to completely dissolve the gelatin.
4. Boil water in a pot. Place the bowl with the cream cheese over it, add the heavy cream and beat until smooth.
5. Add the dissolved ★ ingredients and the lemon juice. Mix together well to complete the filling.
6. Pour the filling into the tart crusts and let chill in the refrigerator for more than one hour, until hardened, and they're done.
