Healthy Okara Cake

A light tasting healthy cake made with yogurt.

Ingredients

Fresh okara
100 g
Plain yogurt
200 g
Egg
1
Sugar
2 tablespoons
* Baking powder
1 teaspoon
* Salt
a small amount
* White flour
75 g
* Sugar
20 g
You can replace the * ingredients with 100 g of pancake mix.

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients together well and pour into a lined cake or tart mold.
2. Bake for 30 minutes at 360°F/180°C.
3. The cake is not very sweet, so I serve it with brown sugar syrup or stewed apples. Jam or ice cream would be great too.
4. A variation with bananas on top.
5. A variation with pineapple slices on top.
6. A variation with bananas baked in.
7. I mixed cocoa powder in some of the batter and made heart shaped decorations on top.
8. Chocolate chips + bananas.
9. Bananas.
