Make brown sugar kanten. Combine water and powdered kanten in a pot and mix to dissolve.
Add brown sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes until boiled. Stir very well and dissolve the brown sugar completely.
Pour into a mold, when cool enough, chill in the fridge. When set, cube into 2cm.
Make the kuromitsu brown sugar syrup. Combine brown sugar and water into a pot, stir and bring to boil. When it thickens, it's done.
This is kuromitsu brown sugar syrup. You can use this for anything.
Put the cubed agar and vanilla ice cream in a cup. Then pour the brown sugar syrup and kinako. Finally pour in the milk slowly.

I really like brown sugar, so made this recipe. My favorite way to eat it is with vanilla ice cream. I make this almost everyday!
The brown sugar agar is less sweet than the agar jelly and ice cream. I prefer soft agar, (3 cups of water for 1 packet of agar), but my daughter prefers firmer agar, so the recipe written here lists a compromised amount.
