Brown Sugar Agar with Vanilla Ice Cream

It's sweet and refreshing, a perfect for the early summer! It's like brown sugar parfait with melting ice cream to milk. My family loves it!

Ingredients: For 5 to 6 servings

Brown sugar kanten
Brown sugar
Kanten powder
1 packet (4g)
2.5 cups
Brown sugar syrup
Brown sugar
1/2 cup
Vanilla ice cream

1. Make brown sugar kanten. Combine water and powdered kanten in a pot and mix to dissolve.
2. Add brown sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes until boiled. Stir very well and dissolve the brown sugar completely.
3. Pour into a mold, when cool enough, chill in the fridge. When set, cube into 2cm.
4. Make the kuromitsu brown sugar syrup. Combine brown sugar and water into a pot, stir and bring to boil. When it thickens, it's done.
5. This is kuromitsu brown sugar syrup. You can use this for anything.
6. Put the cubed agar and vanilla ice cream in a cup. Then pour the brown sugar syrup and kinako. Finally pour in the milk slowly.
