Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato Sauce Pasta

An easy yet authentic pasta made with canned tomatoes. The sauce is done while you're boiling the pasta.

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
Canned whole tomatoes
1/2 can
Mozzarella cheese
50 g
Soup stock cube
Grated cheese
1 tablespoon
Salt (use Krazy Salt if you have it)
To taste
Arugula (rocket), basil, or some other leafy herbs
To taste


1. Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite sized pieces. Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling salted (not listed) water.
2. Put the whole canned tomatoes, soup stock, and salt in a pan, and heat until it's no longer watery (3 to 5 minutes).
3. Put the cooked pasta in the pan, mix with the sauce, and turn off the heat.
4. Put in the mozzarella cheese, grated cheese and leafy herbs, and mix together. (Melt the cheese in the residual heat in the pan.)
5. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
