Rich Egg Tarts

These are exquisite tarts with crispy crusts and rich cream.

Ingredients: 7 cm diameter mold x 14

Tart crust (Recipe ID: 1472093)
Cake flour
250 g
Almond powder
40 g
120 g
70 g
Egg yolks
Egg filling:
☆Egg yolks
☆Heavy cream
200 ml
50 g
☆Vanilla oil
6 drops


1. Recipe ID: 1472093 Follow the recipe from Step 1 to Step 14, and bake the tart crusts once.
2. Mix all the ☆ ingredients well.
3. Strain the ☆ mixture to make it smooth. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
4. Put the egg filling into the tart crusts, and bake in the oven preheated to 180℃ for 30 minutes.
5. When the edges are slightly browned, they are done.
