Quick and Easy Potato Gratin

I used heavy cream instead of making white sauce. You can cook this easy gratin in a toaster oven.

Ingredients

Potatoes
3 large or 5 medium
Heavy cream
50 ~ 100 ml
Salt
to taste
Easy melting cheese
2 ~ 3 sheets

Steps

1. Wash the potatoes carefully, wrap in plastic wrap (skins intact) and microwave.
2. Using paper towels, peel the skins. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 2-4 chunks. Then slice into 1cm.
3. Spread the potatoes in a gratin or casserole dish.
4. Pour heavy cream and sprinkle salt. Tear the cheese and sprinkle on top.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes in the toaster oven. When the cheese is melted and the heavy cream starts bubbling, it's done.
