For Bento: Tamagoyaki with Spring Shrimp and Scallions

Ingredients

Eggs

Sugar
1 to 2/3 tablespoons
Sakura shrimp - tiny dried shrimp
1 tablespoon
Green onions or scallions
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
as needed
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Beat the eggs.
2. Add sugar, soy sauce, sakura shrimp, and minced scallions. Mix together.
3. Grease the tamagoyaki pan and make the rolled omelets.
4. When slightly cooled, cut into your preferred sizes and enjoy.
