Pork and Eggs with Ketchup

It's ketchup flavored, so little children should love this. Easy on your budget too!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Pork - use cheap offcuts
400 g
1 medium
4 tablespoons
Soup stock
1 cube (or granules)
A little less than 1 cup (200 ml)
a small amount

1. Cut the onion into 5 mm wedges.
2. Cut the pork into easy to eat pieces.
3. Start by stir frying the pork.
4. When the color of the pork changes, add the onion.
5. When the onion has started to wilt, add the water and soup stock. When the soup cube or granules have melted...
6. ...add the ketchup and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Break in the eggs and put on a lid. When the eggs have cooked to your desired doneness, it's finished.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to cook pork in a different way from usual, so I tried adding ketchup. Adults love this too.
Eggs are added at the end, making this dish quite filling.
