Easy Chocolate Cake

Easy cake made with leftover ingredients!

Ingredients: 1 whole cake worth

White flour
65 g
Cocoa powder
10 g
Black chocolate
110 g
95 g
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
60 g
a pinch


1. Bring out the eggs to room temperature. Chop the chocolate and butter into small pieces.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter over a double broiler with about 40 ~ 45℃ hot water.
3. Add the vanilla extract. Add the eggs one by one, and mix each time.
4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt, then mix.
5. Line the mold with parchment paper, and pour in the batter. Tap several times to remove the air bubbles at the end.
6. Bake in the oven preheated to 160℃ for 30 minutes, then it's done.
