Simmered Cod

Enjoy the rich dish with rice.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Cod fillets

Sauce
Water
100 ml
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Sugar
3 tablespoons
Grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon (if using a piece of ginger, cut into 2-3 thin slices)

Steps

1. Lightly wash the cod and use a paper towel to pat dry the moisture.
2. Add the sauce to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add the cod.
3. Close with a lid and simmer for about 3 minutes, occasionally pouring the sauce over the cod. Then it's done.
