Tuna Tamagoyaki

Tuna Tamagoyaki

Tuna is what gives this tamagoyaki its flavor. Kids really seem to like it, so it makes a great addition to bento boxes.

Canned tuna
1 can
a small amount
Vegetable oil
as needed

1. Season the eggs with pepper and whisk. Heat a fair amount of oil (if using oil-packed tuna, use the oil from that) in a frying pan.
2. Pour 2/3 of the egg mixture into the pan. When the liquids evaporates, scatter on the tuna, and cover with the remaining egg mixture.
3. Cook on low for 3 to 4 minutes. When the surface is set, flip over.
4. Heat for 1 minute on medium.
5. Plate and serve. I also recommend Recipe ID: 1617208 for 'Hearty Tuna Tamago-yaki Sandwich.'
