Macrobiotic Stick Cookies

Just mix, twist, and bake for this simple cookie. Pipe it out to make various shapes. This recipe doesn't use any eggs or dairy products.

Ingredients: makes ten 15-cm long sticks

Cake flour (preferably non-bleached)
100 g
Baking powder (preferably aluminum-free)
1/4 teaspoon
Maple syrup
2 tablespoons
Soy milk
50 ml
Vegetable-based oil
1 tablespoon
Black tea, sesame seeds, etc.
to taste


1. Put the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Add the other ingredients and mix.
2. Put the dough in a pastry or plastic bag and twist out into a stick shape. Try not to make them too wide (about 1 cm).
3. Bake in an oven at 160℃ for 40 minutes and they're done!
