Easy Pad Thai with Dried Udon Noodles

I want to eat easy pad thai! This is delicious even made with dried udon noodles I used garlic chives and onion for the vegetables. It's an easy Thai food, which you can make with ingredients you have on-hand.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Dried udon noodles
100 g
Shelled shrimp
Garlic chives
2 bunches
Dried shrimp
1 tablespoon
★ Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
★ Fish sauce
1 tablespoon
★ Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
★ Brown sugar
1 teaspoon
★ Salt
a small amount
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
1/16; cut into wedges


1. Preparation: cut the garlic chives into 5 cm pieces and slice the onion finely. Make the scrambled egg. Mix the ★ ingredients.
2. Boil the dried udon noodles for 4 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain .
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry the shrimp until their color changes. Then add the noodles, dried shrimp and ★ ingredients and mix everything together. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the scrambled eggs, the onion and the garlic chives and stir lightly. When the onion has cooked lightly, serve on a plate with the lemon wedges.
