Creamy Pasta with Shrimp and Avocado

I made this creamy sauce with avocado and milk! This pasta uses a lot of avocado so it's good for your skin.

Ingredients: 1 serving

70 g
Peeled shrimp
about 60 g
10 g
80 ml
to taste
Black pepper
to taste


1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Cut the avocado in half. Cut one of the halves into small cubes. Set aside the other one for paste.
3. Mash the other avocado with a fork to make a paste.
4. Heat butter in a pan and stir-fry the paste briefly.
5. When it's cooked a little bit, pour in the milk little by little and mix.
6. When it becomes smooth, sprinkle with salt to taste. Add the shrimp, the small-cubed avocado, and the freshly cooked pasta. Toss together.
7. Sprinkle with black pepper if you like. Serve onto a plate and you're done.
