Cabbage and Pork Stir Fry with Ume Soy Sauce

I adapted a dish that mixes cabbage with ume soy sauce to one with pork included to make it a main dish.
This is so refreshing during the rainy season!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thin sliced pork
100 g or as much as you like
Pre-seasoning: Sake, soy sauce
a small amount each
1/2 (or as much as you like)
Sugar snap peas, onion etc.
To taste
* Umeboshi
2 large
* Mentsuyu
2 tablespoons
* Sake
2 tablespoons
1 clove


1. Cut the cabbage into big pieces.
2. Season the pork with sake and soy sauce.
3. Mix the umeboshi (without the pits), mentsuyu sauce and sake together while tasting and adjusting.
4. Stir fry the garlic and pork in a frying pan. Add the vegetables and continue stir-frying. Add the ume soy sauce at the end and mix.
