A Regular Item in My Home - Stir-fried Green Pepper and Steak

This is a regular dish in my home! I used thinly sliced pork offcuts.
Combine all the seasonings and just add them to the dish.
Very quick and tasty! Easy Chinese food!

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Green pepper
5 to 6
Bamboo shoots
100 g
Your favorite vegetables (carrot, onion or maitake mushrooms)
as needed
Thinly siced pork offcuts
200 g
Oil
2 tablespoons
●Sake
1 teaspoon
●Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
●Pepper
to taste
●Grated ginger (or tubed one)
2 cm
●Katakuriko
2 teaspoons
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
★Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
★Sake
1 tablespoon
★Water
1 tablespoon
★Chinese chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon
★Sugar
2 pinches
★Salt
to taste
★Pepper
to taste
★Sesame oil (optional)
as needed
★Katakuriko
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Marinate the pork. Put the pork in a plastic bag and add the ● seasonings. Rub well.
2. Julienne the vegetables.
3. Make the seasoning mix. Combine the ★ seasonings now, in advance.
4. Fry the vegetables. Heat a frying pan and put 1 tablespoon of oil. Put the vegetables that require more cooking time in first, then add the other vegetables. After they are cooked through, transfer to a plate.
5. Fry the meat. Reduce the heat to low-medium and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Loosen the pork and fry.
6. After the pork is cooked through, turn up the heat to medium and return the Step 4 vegetables. Stir gently. Stir the seasoning mix well and drizzle over. Fry for a while.
7. Transfer to a serving dish. It is done.

Story Behind this Recipe

This green pepper & steak has been one of my favorite dishes since I was a child.
It is normally a time-consuming dish, but I figured out a quick and easy way to do it.
I used thinly sliced pork offcuts and just combined the seasonings.
An easy Chinese dish.
This is a regular item at home.
