Prawn and Tuna Curry Cream Pasta

This is a rich cream pasta with curry spice. The sauce itself is tasty, so you can use whatever fillings you like.

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
Peeled prawns
50 g
Canned tuna
1/2 can - about 40 g
Heavy cream
100 ml
White wine
1 tablespoon
5 g
Curry powder
1/2 teaspoon
a small amount
Parsley (for garnish)
as needed


1. Drain oil from the tuna. Add salt (not listed) to a pot of hot water and start boiling the pasta.
2. Heat butter in a pan and add the peeled prawns. When the colour changes, add white wine and cook to evaporate the liquid.
3. Add cream, tuna and a little salt, and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add curry powder and then the boiled pasta. Toss.
5. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley and it's done.
