Stir-fried Pork and Onion with Ginger

I stir-fried pork and onion with a lot of ginger and sweet and savoury seasonings. Serve with shredded cabbage and rice on the side!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork or roughly chopped pork
200 g
100 g
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
GInger (grated)
1 piece


1. Shred the cabbage thinly and slice the onion into thin wedges. Cut the pork into bite sized pieces.
2. Coat the pork with flour evenly.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Loosen the pork pieces and place in the frying pan. Fry on both sides and add the onion. Stir until the onion has softened.
4. Add the combined [A] ingredients and stir fry over high heat until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
5. Transfer onto a bed of finely shredded cabbage. Eat the pork, onion and cabbage together!

I wanted to make a rice bowl with ginger pork but instead, I put the stir-fry on shredded cabbage.
