Asparagus and Mushroom Salad

When asparagus is in season, here's an easy salad. It goes well with mushrooms, too. The grain mustard dressing is essential.

Ingredients: 4 servings

about 10 stalks
Mushrooms (preferably button)
1 pack (about 100 g)
Cherry tomatoes (or a tomato)
7-8 (1/2 a tomato)
●Olive oil
2 tablespoons
●Vinegar or white wine vinegar
1.5 tablespoons
●Grainy mustard
1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
as needed
Lemon juice
as needed


1. Chop the mushrooms into 2-3 mm thick slices. Cook the asparagus in boiling water. Diagonally cut them into 4-5 cm lengths.
2. Combine the ● ingredients. Once the asparagus cools, combine with the mushrooms, and mix evenly with the ● dressing.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes after cutting them in half. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
