Chinese-style Marinated Tuna and Onion

All you need to do is marinate the tuna with the combined sauce of oyster sauce, sesame oil and doubajiang spicy bean paste. The key for the flavor is to add a lot of onions.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Tuna (lean sashimi)
150g
Onion
100g
For the sauce:
Oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Doubanjiang
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Slice onion. Combine all the sauce ingredients.
2. First mix the onion with the sauce.
3. Add the tuna and mix again. Done.
