[Farmhouse Recipe] Tofu and Mizuna Salad

Here is a nutritious tofu salad dressed with a creamy sesame seed sauce that doesn't require sesame paste.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mizuna greens
1/2 bag (100 g)
1/2 block
Cherry tomatoes
White sesame seeds
To taste
Creamy sesame seed dressing
Plain yogurt
3 tablespoons
Blended miso
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
1/3 teaspoon
1/2 clove


1. Chop the mizuna into 3 cm lengths, soak in water for about 1 minute to make them crisp, then drain.
2. Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes and the cherry tomatoes into halves.
3. Arrange the mizuna, tofu and tomatoes on a serving dish, then drizzle on the well mixed creamy sesame seed dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds.
