Melt butter in the microwave and dissolve the instant coffee in it while it's still hot. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. (It's OK if it doesn't dissolve completely.)
Add sifted flour and mix. You're done with the dough.
Tear the dough into suitable sizes, form into ovals and crush slightly.
Draw a line in the middle of the cookies with the back of a knife.
Bake for 13-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C.

I love coffee, so I decided to make cookies with it.
Instant coffee granules will dissolve easily. If you add flour and knead well, everything should dissolve completely. If you spend too long forming the dough into ovals, oil will come to the surface, so the key is to do this quickly.
