So Good!! Super Popular Pan Fried Ginger Pork

If you like rich, salty flavors, please try this out!! You can eat a ton of cabbage with this.


Thinly sliced pork loin
300 g
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Cake flour
as needed
★Garlic, ginger (grated) Tubed is OK
1 piece/clove each
1 teaspoon
★Coarse white sugar
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
★Mirin, soy sauce
2 tablespoons each
Vegetable oil
about 1 tablespoon
Cabbage, tomatoes, mizuna greens, or some other vegetables of your choice
to taste


1. Combine all the ★ seasonings.
2. Cut the sinews all around the pork slices and season lightly with salt and pepper. Dust with flour.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Pan fry the pork, in batches if needed, browning the pieces on both sides.
4. When all the pieces are browned, return to the pan, add the combined seasonings, coat the pieces, and it's done.
5. The sauce is very well flavored, so pour it over the cabbage too - delicious!!
