Quick, Easy, and Yummy Beef Stew

Using sliced meat cuts down on cooking time!
Tomato juice adds rich flavor and tartness.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Thinly sliced beef
400 g
Demi-glace sauce
1 can
Onion
1
Carrot

Potatoes

Red wine
200 g
Tomato juice
200 g
Water
200 ml
Salt, pepper
to taste
Butter
to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the carrot and onion into bite-size pieces. Stir-fry with butter.
2. Add the tomato juice, water, and demi-glace sauce to Step 1, and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. Meanwhile, in a pot or different frying pan.
3. Stir-fry the beef, and add the red wine. Simmer until the amount of red wine is reduced by half.
4. Combine Step 2 and Step 3, add the potatoes, then simmer for about 20 more minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and it's done.
