Broccoli with Mentsuyu and Olive Oil

You may end up eating a whole head of broccoli all by yourself.

1. Wash the broccoli and cut it however you like. Cook it however you prefer, such as boiling or microwaving. I wrapped it with damp paper towels and microwaved it.
2. If the florets are too big, break into bite-size pieces. Be careful not to burn yourself!
3. Mix the broccoli and mentsuyu in a bowl, tasting as you go along. Don't over-season it!
4. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil.
