Pan Fried Garlic Toast

Fragrant garlic toast made in a frying pan. This is really convenient when you just need a little toast!

Ingredients: A 25 cm frying pan full

French baguette
Garlic - finely chopped
1 clove
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
To taste
Parmesan cheese
To taste
Finely chopped parsley
To taste


1. Put the garlic, butter, and olive oil in a pan and heat over medium heat. Shake the pan to spread the garlic all around it.
2. When the garlic smells good, add the salt and pepper, and line the sliced bread around the pan. Press down to make the garlic stick to the surface.
3. Fry for about 2 minutes until browned, turn over and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle on some chopped parsley to finish.
