Firm tofu turns into ground chicken! A meat-free but hearty 'meat sauce'.
I had some whole canned tomatoes left over so I used firm tofu instead of ground meat.
Stir fry the tofu over high heat to evaporate the moisture! If you stir fry it until it's totally crumbly, and it will have a mouthfeel that's just like ground chicken.
