This is my second recipe for easy fish dish series. You can make it using just one frying pan. You can eat a lot of vegetables in this dish.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

King oyster mushroom
1 (large)
Boiled spinatch (frozen is ok as well)

Easily melting cheese

1. Cut the opened pacific saury into bite-sized pieces, and spread the grated garlic all over.
2. Cut the carrot into thin quarter round slices. Cut the onion, king oyster mushrooms, and tomato into the same size as the carrot.
3. Line a frying pan with parchment paper, add 1 tablespoon of olive oi, and stir-fry the onion, carrot, and king oyster mushrooms.
4. Place the pacific saury on top of Step 3, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the tomato and spinach on top.
5. Swirl 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the Step 4 pan, cover with a lid, and cook over medium-low.
6. When cooked through, top with a large amount of cheese. Cover with the lid, and cook until the cheese is melted, then done.
