Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce in 1 Frying Pan

Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce in 1 Frying Pan

My children love shrimp with mayonnaise sauce, so I created this really easy recipe. It's still sweet and tasty!! It's our family's regular dish.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Peeled shrimp (or unpeeled black tiger shrimp)
20 (10 if black tiger shrimp)
Sake, salt
To marinate the shrimp
White flour
Roughly 1 tablespoon
★Honey, ketchup
2 tablespoons each
4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
A dash
Lettuce, cabbage, mesclun
As desired

1. Put the shrimp, sake, and salt into a plastic bag. Rub the contents of the bag. Add flour into the bag to coat them.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, then pan-fry until pink.
3. When the shrimp is cooked, remove pan from the heat. Add all ★ ingredients.
4. Mix with the shrimp. Arrange onto the vegetables and serve.
5. Here, I used frozen shrimp shumai dumplings instead of shrimp. I just microwaved and pan-fried them to mix with the sauce. This was even easier!

Story Behind this Recipe
