Fruit Packed Muffins

These moist and tasty muffins contain liquor-soaked dried fruits I recommend rum.

Ingredients: 7-9 muffins

Egg
1
Sugar
60 g
Milk
55 g
●Cake flour
110 g
●Baking powder
3 g
Vegetable oil
30 g
Butter
30 g
Liquor-soaked dried fruit
100 g

Steps

1. Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl until it becomes white. If it's hard to blend, add a small amount of oil.
2. Add the egg and vegetable oil and mix.
3. Combine and sift the ingredients marked ●. Add the milk and dry ingredients alternating in 2 batches to Step 2, and mix well.
4. Mix in the dried fruits.
5. Pour the batter into cups. Bake at 170℃ for 25-30 minutes.
6. They are done.
7. They look like this in the middle. They're fragrant and delicious!
