An Easy Snack with Sweet Potatoes and Kinako

All you have to do is chop, microwave, then fry up! Even a lazy person like me can do that! It's a dish that will please both children and adults.


Sweet potato
1 medium
Unsalted butter
10 g
1 tablespoon
to taste


1. Chop the sweet potato into 1 cm cubes, put in a heat-resistant dish, wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave for about 2 minutes. Cook until slightly tender.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan, add the sweet potatoes, lightly sauté, then add the sugar and coat evenly.
3. Sauté until browned and crisp, then transfer to a serving dish.
4. Sprinkle kinako to taste, then serve.
