Garlic Rusk

Garlic Rusk

Salty garlic and butter combined on a crunchy rusk.

Ingredients: 1 french baguette worth

French baguette
100 g
Grated garlic (or tube paste is okay)
2 teaspoons
Dried basil
as needed


1. Cut the baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
2. Bring the butter to room temperature and mix with the garlic.
3. Spread the garlic butter onto one side of each of the slices of bread. Sprinkle the basil on top.
4. Bake for 20~30 minutes in an oven preheated to 150℃. Allow to cool on the baking sheet.
5. Great as a snack with drinks!
