Mildly Flavored Sauteed Pork with Ketchup

Mildly Flavored Sauteed Pork with Ketchup

You will be very satisfied even if you use thinly sliced meat in this. You will gobble up this mild-flavored dish with rice .

Ingredients: 2 people

Thinly sliced pork
2 medium
2 tablespoons
Consommé Soup stock cube
1 cube
1 piece
1 cup
Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 tablespoon
a little

1. Place the thinly sliced meat, sake, and 1 tablespoon of flour into a pot, and rub in the meat. Creating extra dishes to wash is too much of a hassle, so...
2. Toss the sliced onion and butter into the pot, and turn on the heat.
3. Add flour to Step 2, and sauté until it melds together. (It burns easily, so keep an eye on it).
4. Add water and consommé, and stew a bit over low heat.
5. Add ketchup to the pot, stew some more, add Worcestershire sauce for the finishing touch, and turn off the heat.
6. After letting the flavors blend together, serve over rice and enjoy!
