100% Okara Heavenly Honey Cake

It's all about mixing 4 ingredients in a plastic bag, then cooking in a pan, and it's done in 15 minutes! Flour-free, sugar-free, and oil-free.
A dieter's delight.

Ingredients: 15 cakes

Fresh okara
100 g
Baking powder
2 g
60 g


1. Combine the okara and baking powder in a plastic bag. Shake and mix fully.
2. Add honey and eggs. Rub the bag until everything blends together.
3. Remove the dough from the bag. No need for a bowl if you cut open the bag as above .
4. Divide into 15 portions. Form into balls. Flatten to about 1cm thickness.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Cook the dough until both sides are browned. Refer to helpful hints.
6. Cover the pan (you could also use aluminum foil) and cook for another 3-4 minutes over low heat to finish.
