Combine all of the ingredients other than the vegetable oil in a bowl together and mix with a spatula.
Add in the vegetable oil and mix the dough until it comes together. Form it into whatever shapes you like, and bake it for 12-14 minutes at 180℃. Once they are done cooking, transfer to a cooling rack.
