Okara Cake with Komatsuna and Banana

This is a banana and komatsuna cake. Its mildly sweet, so it's perfect for breakfast or as a light snack.

Ingredients

Fresh okara
300 g
Banana
1
Komatsuna
1 bunch
Beet sugar
1 tablespoon
Brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Katakuriko
3 tablespoons
Walnuts
3 to as many as you like
Raisins
as many you like

Steps

1. Puree the banana and boiled komatsuna in the mixer.
2. Mix the okara, sugars, katakuriko, raisins and chopped walnuts together in a bowl.
3. Add the banana mixture to the bowl from Step 2, and knead by hand to mix well.
4. Press together firmly and shape by hand, then microwave for 7 minutes at 600 W.
