Egg & Sugar-Free Steamed Bread for Infants

This doesn't use any eggs or sugar.
You can add a bunch of your favorite vegetables and fruits to the dough!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cake flour
50 g
Baking powder
5 g
15 g
Powdered milk (dissolved)
80 ml
Vegetables (use your favourite ones)
as needed
Fruits of your choice
as needed


1. I used carrots and bananas. Grate the carrots and cut the bananas into 1 cm chunks.
2. Combine the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the vegetables, fruits, and powdered milk and mix.
3. Put into a silicone steamer and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes. Adjust the time according to your wattage. I used 600 W.
