Strawberry Mousse Cake

This mousse has the aroma of strawberries and a refreshing yogurt taste.

Ingredients: 6 cm diameter circular mold x 4

150 g (after removed stems)
50 g
Heavy cream
200 ml
50 g
5 g
Water (for gelatin)
2 tablespoons
Round shape cookies (about 5 cm)
4 pieces
Strawberry or chocolate for decoration
as needed


1. Soak the gelatin in water. Put the cookies in molds.
2. Place the strawberries, yogurt, heavy cream and sugar in a blender. Pulse until it has a smooth consistency. Microwave the soaked gelatin to melt and add to the strawberry mixture.
3. Mix the strawberry mixture over ice water until thickened.
4. Pour into molds and chill in the fridge. Once they set well, remove from the molds and decorate with strawberry, whipped cream and chocolate etc...
5. It has a refreshing yogurt taste!
