Plump Shrimp-Mayo! Made with Condensed Milk and Mayonnaise

The coating is thin, and the shrimp have such a nice crispy texture!!

Ingredients: Serves 2

Shrimp
7-8 shrimp
Tempura flour (or regular flour)
a bit
Mayonnaise
5 tablespoons
Condensed milk
1~2 tablespons
Lemon juice
half a lemon's worth
Salt and pepper
pinch

Steps

1. Shell the shrimp.
2. Fold here and carefully pull off the tail.
3. Cut about halfway up the back of the shrimp.
4. If you cut it here, then it will not break up when frying.
5. Devein the shrimp.
6. Rub with salt.
7. Dissolve the tempura flour in water (should be a little loose).
8. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, condensed milk, salt and pepper together.
9. Wash the shrimp, and mix together with the ingredients from step 7.
10. Fry the shrimp.
11. Mix the fried shrimp together with the ingredients from step 8.
12. Serve.
