2 minute Albacore Tuna and Panko Sauté

By cooking over high heat for a minute on each side, you can make this crispy dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Albacore tuna
1 filet (250 g)
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1/3 teaspoon
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Panko
2 tablespoons
Fresh parsley
as you like

Steps

1. Sprinkle the albacore tuna with salt and pepper.
2. Coat completely with panko.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Once fragrant, add the breaded tuna from Step 2.
4. Cook both sides over high heat for 1 minute each.
5. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, transfer to plates, and sprinkle with parsley.

I had previously prepared this dish with swordfish. It was delicious, so today I tried it with albacore tuna.
