Tuna and Shimeji Mushroom Cream Pasta

Lots of heavy cream makes this pasta creamy! My child loves this!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Spaghetti
200 g
Onion
1/2
Spinach
1/2 bunch
Canned tuna
1 can (80g)
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 packet
Heavy cream
200 ml
Milk
100 ml
Soup stock granules
Slightly less than 1 tablespoon
Salt
a small amount
Pepper
a small amount
Garlic powder
a small amount
Vegetable oil
as needed

Steps

1. Boil the spaghetti for 1-2 minutes shorter than the designated cooking time.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry the onion, spinach and shimeji mushrooms.
3. When the vegetables have wilted, add canned tuna after draining its oil and stir fry.
4. Add milk, heavy cream, and soup stock granules, and bring to a boil.
5. Drain the water from the cooked spaghetti well, and add. Mix with the sauce.
6. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
