Potato, Shirasu, & Natto Oyaki for Infants (9-11 mos)

Even sticky natto can be neatly served!! With shirasu, these are extremely nutritious! Add any other vegetables to increase the nutritional value. Make a lot and store them in the freezer!!

Ingredients: 15 small oyaki patties

5 small
Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
Split bean natto
1 pack
3 tablespoons


1. Cut the potato into small pieces and soak in water before boiling.
2. Pour boiling water over the shirasu to remove the salt.
3. Also pour hot water over the natto to get rid of the stickiness.
4. Parboil the spinach and mince.
5. Combine everything together.
6. Form small balls, and pan-fry in the frying pan until browned (over medium-low heat).
