Salt Flavored Chicken Karaage (Deep-fried Chicken)

Salt flavored karaage with garlic and black pepper added to enhance the flavor. Use katakuriko to deep fry the chicken to make it crispy.


Chicken thigh meat
1 portion (about 300 g)
1/3 teaspoon~adjust according to amount of chicken
●Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
●Chicken soup stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
●Grated ginger
to taste
●Grated garlic
to taste
●Black pepper
to taste
Frying oil
as needed
as needed


1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and combine with the ● seasonings.
2. Rub the seasonings into the chicken well and rest it in the fridge for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
3. Coat with katakuriko.
4. Deep fry and it's done.
