Half-baked Cheesecake

You can make this cheesecake easily using a mixer.

Ingredients: Makes 5 ramekins

Cream cheese
200 g
2 eggs
60 g
Heavy cream
1 cup (200ml)
Plain flour
3 tablespoons
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
20 g


1. Put the cream cheese into the mixer and mix until softened.
2. Next add in the sugar, eggs, heavy cream, flour, and lemon juice one at a time. Be sure to mix every time you add an ingredient.
3. Melt the butter and mix it in while it is still hot.
4. Steam-bake in an oven for 30 minutes at 140℃ (285℉).
