Quick Chikuwa, Avocado, and Tomato Stir-fry

A quick stir-fry made easy using chikuwa, creamy avocado, and delicious tomatoes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chikuwa

Avocado

Tomato
1
Mirin
1-1 1/2 teaspoons
Soy sauce
1-1 1/2 teaspoons
Olive oil
as needed
Black pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Slice the avocado vertically and remove the pit. Chop into bite-size pieces. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
2. Put olive oil in a pan, fry the chikuwa, then add the avocado, frying over medium-high heat.
3. Add the tomatoes. Once heated through, add the mirin and soy sauce. Give it a quick fry and you're done.
4. Serve with black pepper.
